First time buyer, didn't know what to expect. This was my first time buying a car. I found the whole process a little nerve-wracking as a women out car shopping on her own for the first time, trying to figure out how much is sales pitch and how much is good reliable info (this was enhanced by watching a manager train a new recruit on sales tactics in the next not-so-soundproof cubicle). The guys were good, walked me through the process, but there were some disconnects between the messages on the sales floor and finance that I would encourage them to work on so the customer receives the same information all the way through (warranties, financing rates). There was also a strange call from someone in servicing before I had even bought the vehicle and I still don't know what that was about. Overall I think they did a good job, I think I got a fair price for the vehicle I bought, and I would recommend them. More

From that experience, we did not want to come back to the dealership. We went to tower Chrysler to look at a 2015 jeep Cherokee trailhawk, and the service was awful, and we contacted Adrian at courtesy Chrysler, his service and attitude renewed our faith in the dealership, and because of Adrian, Justin and Ed, we purchased our jeep. We have yet to see what the "after purchase service" will be like, but I believe Adrian will be a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for all for making everything an enjoyable experience. More
