Amazing experience! I went to Courtesy Chrysler thinking it would be a nightmare to trade in my Jeep for the car of my dreams, that had EVERYTHING I wanted! I was greeted by Khalil right away and he was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't push for a sale, he actually listened to me and what I wanted and he made it happen. For a somewhat newer employee, I would say he knows his stuff and he does is job well! The day I picked up my Chrysler 200 he even went as far as letting me follow him and filling up my gas so I had a brand new car and a full tank, now that's service. He then set me up with Lanette who worked magic with the banks to get me the rates I wanted and what worked best for me. She is absolutely fabulous and always follows up with you. Lastly everything was finished up by Stephen who was very fast and efficient and lovely to work with. I went from not thinking it could be done, to having my dream car less than a week later.
