Like taking two days to complete an oil change when I had an appointment a We have had a few bad experiences with another Dodge dealership in Calgary. Like taking two days to complete an oil change when I had an appointment and there was no other work to be done on the truck, and there was not even a courtesy call to inform me I had to call them to see what was taking so long. So we moved on and decided to go to Courtesy Chrysler and it was like night and day they are very helpful and make sure the customer is happy and we appreciate that. There service is outstanding and we will be taking our truck there from now on. More

Terrilyn was prompt and efficient in the financing and getting all my docs in order. Will went over the entire vehicle with me and made sure I fully understood every part before I left. I ended up getting financing that was over half of what everyone else was offering me and got a vehicle that had everything I wanted. Going to enjoy a sunny summer with the sun roof open in my new Jeep!! Everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly and made this a great experience. More
