My husband and I have purchased all our vehicles from Courtesy Chrysler for the I sent an email with my need to purchase a good, gently used vehicle. My husband and I have purchased all our vehicles from Courtesy Chrysler for the past 15 years and always been satisfied with the service we have received. I received a call from the dealership in a very short space of time and after giving Darrell some information we set up an appointment and he set to work to find me my car. We met at the appointed time and looked at several vehicles and he could easily gauge my preferences and dislikes. He answered all of our questions and found me the car that was my perfect fit, style and price range. He and Justin took a look at my old car (also purchased from Courtesy Chrysler) and gave me a very fair evaluation and trade-in. I was in a bit of a hurry to miss rush hour traffic so they got me in to see Stephen in finance and in flash we had all the paperwork filled out and I had my new car on the highway to home. We did notice that one of the back signal lights were not working so I called Darrell and he said to bring it back in and he would fix it himself. We agreed to wait 2 days on once I drove the car back to the dealership Christine made sure I got my car right in to the first bay and was very friendly and helpful. The changing of the light was a little tricky and Darrell soon realized he needed a little help from some of the Courtesy Chrysler mechanics on hand and they jumped in to get the job done. We all learned something along the way. I also decided that I would like a paint touch-up stick and Joan was fast and efficient and had one there for me by the next day. All in all, there were a couple of xxxx-ups but every did their best to make things happen fast and to my satisfaction. courtesy Chrysler is still our first choice when it comes to buying a vehicle..
