I was just looking around to see what I could get with the amount I wanted to spend. I only wanted to spend around 350 a mth. When I walked in this very handsome sales man asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle. I rambled about 10 different things I wanted in a vehicle and a price I wanted to pay. He showed me some vehicles I could get. I really thought I had way to many things I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. But he found one and I really liked it.but I really thought he was out to lunch and I would never get it without a cosigner. I told him I only wanted to give him so much for a down payment, he told me he would make it work. So I decide I would try to get it. He had a very good sense of humor and khe was what he was talking about. So Kelly took me to Candice's office, she is very funny great sense of humor and made my day she gave my kids snacks and made it easy with paper work. I was in there 15 min and out the door. Oh I forgot to say I had a2 year old and a6 year old with me at the time of my purchase and they were running wild and nobody seems to care because they had a big play area and TV thing in the showroom. So I can definitely staying with dealing with Kelly and candise it was one of my easiest best trips I have ever done. More

Excellent customer service Steve Jones was great help. I bought a new Dodge Grand Caravan. The car's engine had a slight roughness when it idles. took it back and the sales rep Steve Jones was great help. I bought a new Dodge Grand Caravan. The car's engine had a slight roughness when it idles. took it back and the sales rep went with me to see Steve at the service shop. Steve checked the Car's records and because it was fairly new, some paperwork was yet to be done and info (VIP) to be entered into the Database which wasn't done. Hence to Steve the car didn't exist on the system to be legible for warranty service. The sales reps where puzzled and went running around to see what they can do. I waited for like 5 minutes, but Steve didn't leave me waiting, he called me took the information on the vehicle and what were my concerns, and told me he will start on the car's diagnostics while sales get the VIP records issue resolved. Now that is customer service at it's best. Steve calls me the next day to give me heads-up on the status, and the day after he calls me and plays a friendly trick on me that he will need my vehicle for a week, frankly he did get me, but then he tells me he's kidding, and that the car's flash needed updating, apologized for the trouble I had with the car, and told me the car was ready for pickup. Shuttle service was also quite good. I came in, Ahmed took care of the paperwork and got my car back. More
