Cannot express how happy we were with our experience with Courtesy Chrysler and especially our salesman Jamie Eye. My husband "forced" me to stop in to test drive a Ram 1500. Jamie selected a beautiful Ram Courtesy Chrysler and especially our salesman Jamie Eye. My husband "forced" me to stop in to test drive a Ram 1500. Jamie selected a beautiful Ram 1500 Rebel Sport "Night Edition" based on my stated preferences. We went for a test drive and I enjoyed myself so much that I told my husband we had to go back that night to buy this truck...and we did!! Ashley in Finance got all of paperwork done that night and by early the next morning had arranged for the license plate so we could take the truck home that afternoon. After I picked up my vehicle from this dealership my experiences have been getting worse and worse. They have not provided me with what they have promised me. The service representative that I spoke wit experiences have been getting worse and worse. They have not provided me with what they have promised me. The service representative that I spoke with (Joe) was very unprofessional when dealing with me. I will give them a chance to change things other wise I will write another review explaining step by step what they have done and why I am dissatisfied with the service I have been provided. I spoke with another service rep who was very nice, I could tell that he was sorry for how I have been treated, to him I seemed to be a human and not a business transaction and for that I am very thankful to that individual.
