The car's engine had a slight roughness when it idles. took it back and the sales rep went with me to see Steve at the service shop. Steve checked the Car's records and because it was fairly new, some paperwork was yet to be done and info (VIP) to be entered into the Database which wasn't done. Hence to Steve the car didn't exist on the system to be legible for warranty service. The sales reps where puzzled and went running around to see what they can do. I waited for like 5 minutes, but Steve didn't leave me waiting, he called me took the information on the vehicle and what were my concerns, and told me he will start on the car's diagnostics while sales get the VIP records issue resolved. Now that is customer service at it's best. Steve calls me the next day to give me heads-up on the status, and the day after he calls me and plays a friendly trick on me that he will need my vehicle for a week, frankly he did get me, but then he tells me he's kidding, and that the car's flash needed updating, apologized for the trouble I had with the car, and told me the car was ready for pickup. Shuttle service was also quite good. I came in, Ahmed took care of the paperwork and got my car back. More

This was my first visit to their service department ever where I was greeted by a smiling Steve Jones. He took down my information and got the vehicle looked at and back to me that day in a timely manner. The vehicle needed a further warranty repair item which was on backorder which they called me back in a couple weeks later when the part arrived. Again Steve got the vehicle in and back to me later that day good as new. I was aware of what was going on the whole time and would definitely recommend Steve to anyone. More

ATF and Coolant service Dodge 3500 I am rating the service advisory staff below for the the very positive way they handled the disastrous actual service. They were helpful to a fault, I am rating the service advisory staff below for the the very positive way they handled the disastrous actual service. They were helpful to a fault, understanding and accepting a very bad job had been done. I was given a hire car during the recovery period, the tow of my truck back to the dealership was arranged and paid for without question. Excellent examples of how customer problems should be dealt with. The service technician who actually did the service was a different story entirely. 3 tasks: an ATF service, a coolant change, and a recall fix ( diesel heater). After driving home, my garage floor covered in ATF fluid, and the whole bottom of the truck covered front to back also. Then discovered the coolant cap was left loose and hence the engine compartment also covered in coolant overspill. No idea how the recall fix was actually done, just hoping on that one, but 2 out of 3 tasks ending in disaster - not a good day for the service bay! More
