Was called to book my vehicle in for maintenance, when they got the mileage it was ‘due’ for service A. Booked it in since I purchased extended warranty and don’t want any reason for future claims to be d they got the mileage it was ‘due’ for service A. Booked it in since I purchased extended warranty and don’t want any reason for future claims to be denied. $1200 later I checked the service schedule in my manual, since that seems ridiculous to me and the only required maintenance done was a oil change that cost $136.00 and all the other charges were for recommended (unnecessary) maintenance that was never mentioned as recommended or optional to me. Service refused to call us back for days and was belligerent when we finally did get a hold of them. I signed off on the repairs so it’s my problem even though it was never stated at any time this was not required. Sales was great when I bought it, but after service I will never deal with them again for anything purchase or sales related. More
