From the moment we walked into courtesy, we were treated like family. Ariel sat down with us and individually broke down what we would want, and don't want and what we would change about our current ride. After a little time sitting and chatting at the desk he brought around the perfect vehicle for both of us . We were able to test drive each vehicle - what separates this dealership from others is that before the test drive Ariel gives you a quick but extremely useful crash course on how that specific vehicle works. Somethings such as how to turn on the lights is small but very helpful when you are in an unfamiliar vehicle. Once he had provided us with enough information, a quick test drive for each of us. Once you arrive back to the dealership any questions or concerns are addressed immediately. From the moment we decided we wanted to purchase the vehciles, they offer every bit of advice and passed us into Ed. Ed had stories from everything, being a fellow dog lover he made the time in his office very memorable. He made up the bill of sale and all other contracts in a short time and explained every detail. He for us each approved within seconds- letting us leave with the new cars that night . Darrell helped us with any questions along the way, making sure we were always feeling at home . Truck of the Year! I have purchased vehicles in the past from other dealerships but I must say that my recent buying experience at Courtesy was like none other. As you go through the process of purchasing a new vehicle they have a fantastic team of individuals at every level that make it evident immediately that you are more then just a customer. Nick (Sales) was with me throughout the entire process. He is very friendly and is very knowledgeable - not only in Dodge/Ram/Chrysler products but with what the rest of the industry is also putting out there and how it all compares. He went to great lengths and helped me confirm the right Ram that fit my needs. I had owned a Ram previous to this and this one was going to be a Christmas present to myself. Nick along with Managers - Darrell and Kris, and Joan (Parts) went the extra mile in making sure this truck was perfect in every way that I wanted. They were patient. They made sure they answered all my questions and made sure that I got what I wanted. Once everything was said and done David and Ryan made sure the paperwork was well explained and the process a breeze. When the time came for delivery, Tim gave me a first class orientation/tour of all the latest features of my new 2016 and ensured I was set up before taking it home. Since I have owned my new Ram, Courtesy's great experience continues with their Service department, and Nick still checks in with me even today ensuring everything is good!
