The highly skilled and factory trained technicians "couldn't replicate the problem" and couldn't fix the vehicle because the check engine light feature didn't tell them what was wrong! Numerous service efforts have left me with a vehicle which doesn't work. Now my transmission is broke and no one, not even Chrysler Canada is willing to help. Simply put, Chrysler Canada builds throw away vehicles. Mine has 60,000 Km's and is headed to the scrap yard. More

Awful service in all regards.. I thought Big 4 was bad for service... These guys take the Cake. I have owned almost every brand of vehicle you can buy, yet this is my first ( Jeep) I thought Big 4 was bad for service... These guys take the Cake. I have owned almost every brand of vehicle you can buy, yet this is my first ( Jeep) product. And never have I had a worse service experience then at this dealership. I took my vehicle to these guys for a check engine light at a scheduled early morning appointment. At the time I booked the appointment the lady said I could wait in the lounge for it to be finished as I needed my vehicle for work. Once I arrived at the dealer the Service adviser couldn't believe someone told me that and said it would atleast be several hours if not end of day. I had the shuttle drop me off at work and made other arrangements. After not hearing anything for half of the day, I called and finally managed to get a hold of her. at that time she told me my vehicle had not even been in the shop yet but I was in the queue. At the end of the day she called me saying that my vehicle hadnt been in the shop yet but apparently needed a part to be shipped from red deer and that it was the first on the list for tomorrow morning and in her words GUARANTEED that it would be done by no later then noon. the next day. I REALLY need my vehicle for work on a daily basis, so this is becoming a problem. Having not heard anything the next morning, I called to check status of my vehicle around noon. This time the adviser hums and haws and says "yours will be in the shop soon it is in the queue.." there are a few vehicles ahead of it. ( change of story from last night) obviously getting alittle upset I ask I thought you guaranteed it to be done by noon as I was supposed to be the first in the shop this morning. Her reply to me was " Sir you didnt even have an appointment so we are doing the best we can.." I DID have an appointment for 9:00am YESTERDAY morning!! At that time, she relented and said " I GUARANTEE you will have it by the end of day 100%, I promise." Guess what? around rolls 4:00pm and I get a call.. " Your vehicle is now in the shop.. but there was a small problem. the technician working on your vehicle broke a part needed for the repair. We have to order it from red deer and itll be in first thing in the morning! I GUARANTEE itll be done by no later then 9:00am tomrrow morning." Then she finally offers me a loaner car asking where and when I can be picked up by enterprise. Seeming like a good gesture after all of the missed guarantees and promises. 10 min after enterprise was supposed to pick me up I get a call back from the Advisor. " ummm sorry but I talked to my manager Helmer; he said the best we can do is call enterprise so you can get our rate, but you have to pay for the rental." I asked to speak to the this manager and after 15 mins of round about conversation, he would not stand behind these promises and guarantees. and would not cover the minimal cost of a loaner vehicle. SOOO BAD... I seriously have no other words for how AWFUL every single part of this experience has been with this dealership. I still have no vehicle, and i am not counting on it getting done anytime tomorrow either, and I personally have to pony up to get a car for a mistake the dealership made. I will personally AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP forever. More
Great service I went in looking for a jeep Yannick covered the features of all the different models with me and sold me on a new Sahara. He pulled the finance guy I went in looking for a jeep Yannick covered the features of all the different models with me and sold me on a new Sahara. He pulled the finance guys in and they put together a deal for me that worked pretty quick and I drove away within a couple hours in my new jeep. The guys were super friendly and helpful. Love the jeep. Love the service. If you need a new vehicle I would highly recommend Yannick and team at courtesy!! More

Quick and professional. I have been coming to this dealership since buying me Charger there in 2012, and have had a few not so great experiences, but for the most part I've b I have been coming to this dealership since buying me Charger there in 2012, and have had a few not so great experiences, but for the most part I've been quite happy with my service. This last visit was very impressive as my service advisor was very fast and efficient in spite of this being his first day back after a few months off. More
