Clinton Carpenter and his team are absolute pro's. Michael worked on the car until the issue with the timing chain was identified and did an amazing job. My jeep Rubicon sounds and drives perfect now. Clinton kept me informed throughout the time that the Jeep was at Courtesy Chrysler, and he made sure that all work was covered under the power train warranty. Clinton and his team lived up to the name : "Courtesy" Chrysler. They are my first stop on all things related to my Jeep. Highly recommend! More

0/5 I have been a loyal customer of Courtesy Chrysler for over 10 years. I’ve purchased two trucks here and have always brought all of our vehicles back for servicing. It seems like their service, has ta for over 10 years. I’ve purchased two trucks here and have always brought all of our vehicles back for servicing. It seems like their service, has taken a turn for the worse. This time, I dropped my truck off first thing in the morning for a simple oil change that I was told would take a couple of hours. It is now 5:30 p.m., and I finally just got my truck back—well after closing at 4pm. We also, miss our dinner reservation. When the vehicle was finally brought out, I received a rough, half-hearted apology. The service manager seemed more angry at the staff, then he seemed apologetic. He shifted the blame onto the service desk tech and technician. Saying for some reason they put my vehicle at the end of the line of vehicles for the day, even though I had an appt. And that there was going to be a meeting with the staff. With a quick promise of a follow-up, as to what they are going to do for me. It was very nice of them not to charge me for the oil change. The whole experience felt aggressive, and rushed. I wasn't given the paperwork for the oil change and we obviously didnt talk about my inspection or oil change like they generally do. Dreadful customer service. Terrible time management. After over a decade of loyalty, I am deeply disappointed and will be reconsidering where I take my vehicles in the future. More
