This is to remind everyone please don’t buy extended warranty from this private insurance company People’s Choice. The salesperson here AJ kept pressuring me to buy the extended warranty but when my car warranty from this private insurance company People’s Choice. The salesperson here AJ kept pressuring me to buy the extended warranty but when my car broke down the insurance does not cover to fix it. I called the general manager Justin Gebera and left him messages & email and they ignored all my calls & messages even at the beginning he promised to refund my extended warranty insurance premiums. But 10 minutes later he turned around and did not keep his promises to me. Their prices to fix my car is double what it would be if I took it to another mechanic. Please stay away from this dealership and don’t buy their extended warranty cause it really doesn’t cover to fix anything, it’s pretty useless. The service here especially front desk was also very rude & kept raising their voice at me. Highly not recommend! More

Purchased a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe on December 29 2020. Courteous and professional staff. I like the fact that they do not add documentation fee or any other add ons to the deal. Was a fairly easy, straight forward and efficient transaction. Was there at 10:30. Took the Santa Fe out for a good spin around Richmond & the highway. Drove out with the vehicle just after 2pm or so, leaving behind my old vehicle. Did not waste our time. Had to wait a bit while the financing was being processed which was expected. No pressure and respectful of our time. Was not expecting to purchase a vehicle that day but was willing to pull the trigger if the deal was right. Received a fair price with little hassle. We Kept asking to cancel warranties with in one week, but refused. Keep on telling lies to VSA. vSA supported them and did not support us. Very frauds, stay away. More
