On the test drive he clearly demonstrated to us the features and how things such as the Navigation system, Media, lights etc worked. Screwed up my order and it took 5 months to get my truck They forgot to order my truck from Ford so by the time it was corrected, it was 5 months from the time I ordered before receiving it. On top of that, They forgot to order my truck from Ford so by the time it was corrected, it was 5 months from the time I ordered before receiving it. On top of that, they did not honor the best buying program that came along during my wait which legally they are supposed to do. I have made numerous attempts to get this corrected since getting the truck but my repeated calls and texts go unanswered. I waited until the very last moment I could before leaving this review as I wanted an amicable resolution but it appears I will have to deal with this in court now. Very frustrating. Worst buying experience of my life and not my first brand new Ford, just the first time dealing with Colony. More
