I dealt with Sheldon, he was very easy to work with and he was quite laid back as well. There was no hassle at all. I walked in sat down with him and off we went, I knew what I wanted from previous building on Fords website but on there being forced to get packages that I didn't even want was less then enjoyable... But when I went into see Sheldon he did everything to make sure I could get what I wanted without having to a performance package I didn't want all because I just wanted to get a GPS. Sheldon made the process so easy and head ache free of customizing my first ever Mustang, which this is my first ever car. All through out the entire process Sheldon and Bill the extra's guy (Warranties, Services, Protection (Paint/Fabric) were both outstanding and what made the experience all the better then any other is the fact that they not once did they ever pressure or hassle me into getting a package or an add on that I didn't wanted, Like so many others at other dealerships would have done. They even went the extra step to make sure that I could get everything I wanted plus more at a deal of a price. They even made sure that I was getting the lowest payments I could by looking at the current incentives and deals when I ordered my car and again when I picked it up. More
