Joyce, however, is the best of the best. She exudes professionalism and customer service. Everyone who sells cars for a living could learn a thing or two from her on how to make customers feel welcome, appreciated and most of all, valued. This was the fastest I've ever been paid by a dealership. Having owned many Toyota vehicles over the last two decades, Cochrane Toyota is like a diamond in the rough. All the Calgary dealerships are horrible but Cochrane Toyota puts them to shame. I've just about bought vehicles from Country Hills Toyota to Charleglen and they all pale in comparison to Cochrane Toyota. I know now where I'll buy my future vehicles. Thanks again Joyce! Big shout out to Jonathan who remembers me, gives great advice about what is needed or not needed, and gives me lots of confidence that I can trust this service department. For me, that’s the most important quality in a mechanic. I want to be proactive about maintaining the vehicle without feeling like I’ll be talked into things I don’t need. Can’t recommend Cochrane Toyota enough!! More

The whole team from Taylor Niefer (sales), to Josee McMillan (finance), the fine folks that got the car ready for pick up, service and the person that got in the car with me to explain some of the features (Traction Control System , All-Wheel Drive lock indicator etc.) -- you ALL really did Make Things Better! Every interaction I had with every staff member was polite, professional and patient 😀! Every vehicle must pass a 160-point inspection and review of CARFAX history before it can qualify as a Toyota Certified Used Vehicle. This inspection and service provided me with priceless peace of mind. And the items on the inspection that needed to be addressed were -- WOW! If you are in the market for a vehicle, I recommend Cochrane Toyota. I will drive from Calgary to Cochrane to get my service done. So, thank you again -- all of you! I am lovin driving my Rav 4! More

I recently had attempted to have my Toyota vehicle serviced at Cochrane Toyota and had the displeasure of working with the service advisor, Lucas Pretty. From the moment I arrived, he made it clear th serviced at Cochrane Toyota and had the displeasure of working with the service advisor, Lucas Pretty. From the moment I arrived, he made it clear that he had no interest in helping me or providing any sort of customer service. He was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout the entire process. I was shocked at the level of disrespect and disregard that I received from someone in a customer-facing role. Throughout the visit, I had to continually advocate for myself and my vehicle needs. Lucas was unwilling to listen to my concerns and made no effort to understand what I was looking to have done with my vehicle. He seemed more focused on getting me in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible, rather than ensuring that my needs were met. I left the dealership feeling frustrated and disappointed with my experience. I would not recommend Cochrane Toyota to anyone, and particularly not if you are looking to work with Lucas. The level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service that I received was unacceptable and has left me with a negative impression of the dealership. I hope that in the future, Cochrane Toyota will make an effort to provide their customers with a better experience and train their staff on how to treat people with respect. More

Horrible! Signed a contract and put a deposit down on a new Tunda in Feb 2022. Fast forward to January 2023, still not truck but now they state that MSRP has Signed a contract and put a deposit down on a new Tunda in Feb 2022.
