Dean Yawney (salesman) was very easy to deal with and managed to not only work things around to make the deal happen but also find us a perfect vehicle which was even better than we were expecting. Joanne Gao was also very helpful from the financing portion of the deal and getting the vehicle registered and getting us up to speed on all the paperwork (including explaining the warranty etc). They sold me a Mopar battery with a 3 year warranty 29 months ago. That battery now is bad and needs replacing. When I went there they said the battery warrantee was good for 28 months and that I missed t months ago. That battery now is bad and needs replacing. They treated me like I had a Covid. Don't go there for service. More
