WORST RIP OFF HONDA DEALERSHIP FIRST OF ALL, THE WORST RIP OFF HONDA DEALER SHIP I HAVE BEEN TO BUY A NEW CAR. 1. I had bought a brand-new Honda Civic 2019 from classic Honda Bramp FIRST OF ALL, THE WORST RIP OFF HONDA DEALER SHIP I HAVE BEEN TO BUY A NEW CAR. 1. I had bought a brand-new Honda Civic 2019 from classic Honda Brampton on 10th May. From day one the car had some issues with the brakes and the air conditioner. I started hearing strange noises when I put the brakes on and when I turned on the Air conditioner, which is strange since I had bought a brand-new car. I called in to make an appointment for the car and got a date for 21st May for 10:15am. 2. On the day of the appointment after waited for about 2 hours I was told the noise from the brakes has been fixed and it was due to a stone stuck inside however the AC could not be fixed since their equipment were not working. I was told to come back again the next day 22nd May. 3. When I went the next day 22nd May to I was told to drop off the car and was given a rental car. On 23rd May I called Classic Honda to check if the car was ready for pickup, but I was told to come in around 1pm as the car was ready for pickup. I was on my way to collect the car after dropping the rented car back when I received a call saying my car was not ready to be received and that the service team could not figure out what the problem was in the car. 4. On the 24th I went to Honda classic to speak to someone about this issue I was directed towards the sales manager by the name of Tan Tran. He seemed to be least interested was was very rude and just brushed me off saying that most new cars have technical faults like this. Without even hearing me out he directed me towards the service manager and took off. After about __days. I have received my car back, please remember this is a brand-new car the service manager told me that car didn’t have enough Freon gas charged therefore the AC has been making noise. I asked the receptionist to let me speak to the General Manger, but she was very rude and made up excuses that he doesn’t just meet any one without appointments, so I asked if she could book me an appointment, on which she told me that we can’t book an appointment. WHAT THE xxxx!!! she hesitantly took down my name and number on a piece of paper and told me that she would give it to the manager and that he would give me a call, I still haven’t received any call. The worst kind of customer service I have experienced ever, after going in and out of the dealership to get a NEW CAR FIXED AND BEING TREATED LIKE xxxx!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please be aware!! More

After visually looking at exterior of vehicle, I inquired about it with used car salesman, checked interior out quickly along with quick test drive, didn’t hear or notice anything out of the ordinary.. after going back and forth with pricing and presenting numerous other vehicles I’ve found for less money with less km (some private, some dealership) we agreed on a price, delivery date and that back bumper was to be repainted, he wasn’t happy and I was told “ you buy from Honda, for our Honda certified vehicles and piece of mind.” Needless to say after inspecting vehicle thoroughly with Honda certified checklist provided with vehicle, there was no piece of mind! Checklist was marked everything okay and good to go. While inspecting it, I found oil leaks, rear shocks were blown, brake and clutch fluids below minimum level, 3 out of 4 tires replaced with the 4th being bald/at wear bar, which are all safety concerns that would lead to not passing safety!? On top of that no owners manual, no service records, mats and carpet were worn all the way through, car wasn’t detailed inside or out, bumper that was painted is lifting and flaking off, and the best part..rims were swapped with xxxxty curb dashed wheels which weren’t on it when I first checked it out! Brought it to there attention, nothing was done.. called Honda Canada a few times, nothing was done.. supervisor at Honda Canada told me, if the tech said he checked it out and it was all good, then he checked it out and it was all good!? Disregarding hard facts that clearly he didn’t! Called and went in person, spoke to numerous managers, all brushed me off with attitude and a not our issue mentality. Worst experience with them all around, and we’ve boughten numerous Honda’s over the years and been loyal to Honda brand. Overall worst experience and staff, is recommend avoiding this dealership! This dealership gives Honda a bad name! Honda Classic on Van Kirk Drive in Brampton ON. REALLY SUCKS!! I have never been so disappointed in the service I have received from Tan, and Jo the so called "Business Managers" of the place. They were so ignorant that instead of discussing my concerns and contract, and explaining it, they hung up when I questioned them. Very bad and fraud kind of service will give negative star if possible due to sales guy Rajat Sharma and Finance guy Ray Sheikh. these guy are doing some king of fraud to get extra ince will give negative star if possible due to sales guy Rajat Sharma and Finance guy Ray Sheikh. these guy are doing some king of fraud to get extra incentive in there pockets and also try to threaten client after messing up their file. that we will post some negative things on your file if you don't buy from us. car price was 34000 but they applied a loan of 36000 which was going to increase my monthly payment by $15 bi weekly. luckily i refused deal and bought somewhere else. Service is simply poor at this dealership. Over the past 11 years I have purchased 3 Honda's from Classic Honda. Each time a great experience. The same cannot be said about the service department. The first Honda (an 08 Fit) came with some free service. I used that service for two free oil changes. The first and second visit was a nightmare. Arguing with the advisor about how the car was serviced each time. I was sent an email asked how my second service went (I didn't complain about the first service I wanted to give the service department a second chance). I responded to the email expressing my disappointment with the way I was treated by the service advisor. I noted that after two not great experiences I wasn't coming back, even though I still have free service. The Service Manager called me back and apologized, That was it were sorry, end of conversation. I purchased a second Honda (2015 Civic EX) and thought its been a few years I'll give the service department a new second chance. My mistake nothing had changed and I was greeted with terrible customer service while trying to check my car in for an oil change. At this point I decided to never service a car at Classic Honda again. 2018 new 2018 Civic Hathcback Sport (love my sales guy) 2019 recall notice comes out and I'm not forced to bring the car to Honda for service. The recall notice says the engine oil will be replaced free of charge. I call to book an appointment and, as I should have known I start to get the run around. First they only change a small percentage of oil and I will still have to pay to replace the oil. Also the wait time for the recall was a few weeks while parts were on back order. So today I decided to call Hinda Canada and inquire about whats covered under the recall. I was advised by Honda 3.2 litres of oil were covered ( the car hold 3.5 litres) Honda Canada Apologized and put me through to the service department to book an appointment. It's March 8, 2019. I was told I could have an appointment in May. needless to say I called Honda Canada back and have an appointment with Family Honda on Friday for the recall. If you expect decent customer service at the service department I suggest you look at taking your car to another dealership. Chris MacKay More
