My husband found a used SUV he liked and they brought it the house for a test drive. While here a price was agreed upon. Later to be changed when they got back to the dealership. My husband was miss informed on the type of warranty on the car. More was purchase at a very high cost. While on the phone the person selling the warranty accidentally miss spoke a few times. Trying to let us believe that it was a better offer than it actually was. We have only received one key for the car and they want us to pay for the extra key. We were supposed to get our deposit back but instead of returning they took an additional deposit. Leaving us short $900 plus dollars for the weekend. If it was up to me the car would have remained on the lot. I could be looking at a new car in a short while.. also my son almost has his license. I definitely know where we will not be shopping!
