Amazing experience! My bf and I walked into City Ford after dealing with another Ford dealership out of town and not being satisfied. We told Bruno what we must have and My bf and I walked into City Ford after dealing with another Ford dealership out of town and not being satisfied. Went in thinking Used CAR ... But bought aa brand new one I just want to say walking into City Ford a week ago was such a great experience. I was thinking a used car maybe 2015-2017 ,but the mileage was high and then he told me about the new 2018 Ford Focus Sedan Hatchback . We went over the cost compared to a used one with lots of mileage . I took it for a Test Drive and I came back and bought it . I owed a 2003 Ford Focus Station Wagon ZTW leather and loaded .If Ford would have made that car again I would have bought a new one . Roger went beyond what his job description was . He never got pushey and answered everything I asked him . I wold tell everyone to go to City Ford and see Roger Hamierh, he made my day easy without any pressure for me to buy . I can tell you the best Sales Person I have ever dealt with . Thank you Roger for being knowledgeable , funny and a great attitude .
