Mr. Dion Director of used cars today, refuses to pay me back an expensive 500 anti rust that barely lasted over a year. Mr.St.Pierre his predecessor quickly reimbursed the 1600$ guarantee following a 4600$ bad and completely wrong diagnosis of my transmission which cost me 1380 $ and it was about changing a few pieces not the whole transmission. Such an unprofessional untrained service team and worst of all a disrespectful Director of the Used cars dpt. Mr. Dion, criticised my claim, hung up on me and won't return my messages with the eceptionist nor on his answering machine. Utter uprofessionlism in Client Servicing to say the least! Shameful childish behavior! More
