We bought the 2017 Tiguan at this dealership and we get the 2009 Tiguan serviced there too. We know the dealership and its practices and are comforable with them. The customer service is to our liking and we are satisfied not to have to spend a disproportionate time and effort keeping our ride up to date. More
Terrible front counter person, uninformed and poor communication. It’s important to listen when in conversation with customers. Some staff were not as incompetent, thankfully in my case they only took communication. It’s important to listen when in conversation with customers. Some staff were not as incompetent, thankfully in my case they only took two days to do a service that was supposed to take two hours. I had booked a week prior and they didn’t have the necessary parts to complete the job. Leaving me without a vehicle. They were just as bad the last time I was there. Ordering wrong stuff and making excuses for things that they were responsible for. Last time was my key, I had to order a new one. They had ordered the service key instead of a key. So delayed and wrong pricing. Eventually got the correct key and had it programmed. But the hassle is ridiculous. More
