Just bought a VW from them, would recommend the sales process again! Rana, Ryan and Brayden were our go to guys we were very taken care of with them! The service department is a whole different story. My car was brought in three different scheduled days - two solid 8 hour work days my car was not moved or worked on at all. I scheduled ANOTHER appt brought it in a third time and it took a day and half leaving us with a loaner vehicle and we had to cancel a trip we had planned in order to go swap the loaner vehicle for our vehicle and two of the three services it was booked for were STILL not complete. They sold us a filthy car which is all good, a detail was one of the services they were going to complete yet it wasn’t done at all. I guess I am now left cleaning my new vehicle. More

I was warned to not deal with Chilliwack VW by many friends and family but I thought I would keep my business in the city that I’m from but what a stupid move that would have been. I went into the dealership to test drive a 2021 VW that was apparently brand new. The car salesman pulls up in the vehicle, the first thing I notice was how dirty the car was then I get inside and it’s even worse. There was all kinds of garbage in the back seat and glove compartment, candy wrappers, straws, dirty napkins. On the front hood part of the car there was a lot of sticker residue that I had asked about and the guy tells me that the car was a demo car but not only that, later on I find out this car was also a courtesy car that had over 1000kms that they are trying to sell to me for $25,000 plus, above the msrp of a new car of this model. Basically they tried to sell me a used car for more than a new car price! As I was about to leave the salesman says “We can work out a better deal” I immediately took my business elsewhere and went to Capilano VW where I got the same exact model that was actually brand new with only 65km for 24k. Such phony vibes I am so glad I didn’t get screwed over by these scam artists. Capilano VW 5 stars Chilliwack VW zero! More
