Told the parts department I lost my one and only key fob that came with the car when I bought it, they order a new one in for me. I go to pick the key up a week later and then they decide to tell me I need that came with the car when I bought it, they order a new one in for me. I go to pick the key up a week later and then they decide to tell me I need to schedule in a service to get it reprogrammed. Would be nice to know when I originally ordered the key fob a week earlier. Key Fob finally comes in and it didn’t even come with the key, I get told those are seperate items I need to order. Lack of communication from the parts department on what is needed. If I lost the key fob then I would obviously need the key as well. More

Great dealership amazing people however the work done on my car didn’t fix the clock sound when you turn the steering wheel. I don’t understand how I am supposed to be ok with that sound as if it is fixed w my car didn’t fix the clock sound when you turn the steering wheel. As soon I left the parking lot I informed Ashton to let the service manager Keith and tech Jesse know that that issue is still there till now I haven’t received any call back for that or the recall which they were bringing in a part. I’m a transparent person I give 100% and I expect that in return. Since I purchased this vehicle I have had issues the service dept at Chilliwack VW have been amazing except this time when this was no fault of my own the deferential was changed there was recalls in the steering wheel and the clock sound remains. I don’t not think it’s fair to tell a customer we will fix it but you’ll have to be ok with the odd sounds. Car is only two years old and like I mentioned before I cannot wrap my head around how I should be in with the sounds . As it is not normal whatsoever More

Absolutely terrible, been virtually no communication about my trade in vehicle being paid off so I'm still making payments on my previous vehicle, it took 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to get my copy of the about my trade in vehicle being paid off so I'm still making payments on my previous vehicle, it took 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to get my copy of the contract. Gave a detailed list of repairs. Disappointed that you no longer provide loaner cars. Hard to get service done when you need your car to commute to work.
