Most horrible customer service I contacted several people/managers three times to help locate the owner of a keychain with key, FOB, mailbox keys and such that was left behind at ou I contacted several people/managers three times to help locate the owner of a keychain with key, FOB, mailbox keys and such that was left behind at our house. FOB's and mailbox keys are expensive to replace and its a hassle with all of them that are on there. The keys had a Toyota tag number on them and I thought it would be easy for them to contact the owner and let them know about the whereabouts of the key set. From being told to drop them off (it's over 40km's one way) to not returning any of my calls or voice mail messages it is clear to me that they simply don't care about their customers. It would take a few minutes to look this owner up and let them know their key's have been found. I guess there's no money to be made in. it. Won't see me shopping for a vehicle there. More

First he diagnosed my locking lug needs by a picture he had me email him. Then he telephoned all over Okotoks and nearby to try and find anyone who sold the specific unlocking tool so I would not have to drive to him. When he couldn't find it near me, he mailed it to me. He did all in an hour, and he did it as though it was just routine to care that much. More
