Tyler, as a loyal Charlesglen customer, you know that we pride ourselves on our reputation. Although we do not condone slanderous messages or personal attacks, we certainly take these types of accusations very seriously. Our management team has conducted a thorough investigation of your customer file. Unfortunately, though you have shared your comments publicly, we have been unable to contact you regarding this file for further follow up. Our senior management team has contacted you on 3 separate occasions where you have failed to take our call. We will consider this file closed and will continue with internal corrective action plans to ensure the customer experience remains at the 5 star service we strive for. I am sorry Tyler, that although you wanted to share your comments publicly, we were unable to address or resolve your concerns with you.
