I had an incredibly negative experience with charlesglen Toyota and their service manager and brent carefoot. My interaction with him was unprofessional and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and is a Toyota and their service manager and brent carefoot. My interaction with him was unprofessional and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and is appointed with my experience at the dealership. From the start, Brent was dismissive of my concerns and shows me a complete lack of customer service skills. He seemed more interested in pushing additional services and upgrades than addressing the issues I had brought the vehicle in for. He also made several inaccurate statements and was unable to provide any meaningful solutions. The actual service I received was equally unsatisfactory. When I raised concerned with Brent, he became argumentative and shower no willingness to take responsibility for the issues or make any effort to rectify the situation. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at charlesglen Toyota and would not recommend them to anyone. Brent care doors complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service has left me with a lasting negative impression. More

Charlesglen Toyota recommended the Cabin Pollen filter replacement for $35 on my 4Runner, I agreed thinking I am getting the good quality Toyota filter. (Replacing 4Runner cabin filter is super-easy and q replacement for $35 on my 4Runner, I agreed thinking I am getting the good quality Toyota filter. (Replacing 4Runner cabin filter is super-easy and quick - 1 minute - basically only the cost of filter). At home I looked at what filter they put - it was probably the poorest quality, cheapest piece of garbage they could find on the market - thin and flimsy... I am getting it replaced with the good quality one I bought for $25 in Auto-Value - Customer rip-off! Also, yesterday I changed Engine oil myself for the first time after my 4Runner was serviced at Charlesglen Toyota a few times prior. Found out they did not install the oil drain plug gasket last time they changed oil. The drain plug was heavily over-torqued, so was the oil filter housing... very bad... Not sure I would trust Charlesglen Toyota mechanics after these little findings... Recommend doing easy things yourself (filter replacements), or finding a good mechanic you could trust. More

The reason I purchase from, and get all of my servicing done is because they have always represented their dealership well 110% Everyone that assisted me on this new vehicle was very professional, helpful, and have high integrity. From Pamela in Service, to Mike in Sales, to Rick in Financing, to Mark, who gave me my intro to the features and how they worked. From start to finish, I never felt that I was being rushed, or had to make a decision right away. This dealership is the very best I have ever dealt with, and each department is very helpful, reliable, and honest. Thank you so much! More
My 82 year old mother brought her 2016 Camry with 70,000 kms on it to their service department for an oil change. While it was there she got a call wanting her authorization to do over 2000 dollars of work kms on it to their service department for an oil change. While it was there she got a call wanting her authorization to do over 2000 dollars of work to her car including a brake job where they told her if was unsafe if she didn’t get it done. She called me to ask what to do. We knew there was no way her car needed these repairs as she takes exceptionally good care of her car and drives very little so I recommended she get a second opinion. They made her nervous to even drive it. We took it to another very reputable mechanic where he went through the check list of repairs that she was told that she needed. There was not one thing that needed repair and she was told her brakes were almost new condition and there was no evidence that the wheels had even been removed as would have needed to be done if they were checked. Shame on this dealership service department for trying to take advantage of a senior woman! Never will anyone in our family or friends darken the door of this place! More
