Took truck in for oil change. Was emailed prior to say they wanted to do a full service package. I responded with only wanting an oil change this time. Appointment coordinator a Was emailed prior to say they wanted to do a full service package. I responded with only wanting an oil change this time. Appointment coordinator acknowledged this and stated that’s what would be done. However when picked up they charged me for the full package as they stated that is what was done. Emailed back to the booking coordinator. They stated they would escalate to their manager and I would hear back this week. So far nothing. They have the money and aren’t interested in correcting their mistake. I will be going elsewhere now. UPDATE June 29: I received an email from Mark McQueen the support manager apologizing for having issues. That he’s spoken to those involved and “as per our phone conversation, he will credit the service done that I didn’t ask for”. Actually I have yet to receive a phone call from them. No voicemails on any phones. No missed calls in the call logs so not sure who he talked to and agreed to this. So Charlesglen Toyota did service I didn’t ask for. Charged me for it. Says I agreed to something I haven’t. And continues to hold my hard earned money. This makes me want to go back to them even less. If they refunded the non-requested service, maybe I’d think about it. Growing more and more frustrated. UPDATE July 3, 2023: So after the above posting from June 29, Mark McQueen called me. The first time I’ve talked to him. He was confused on talking to me and that my wife has a Toyota coming in for servicing which we don’t have another Toyota. Long and short. Refunded my money to my credit card for the services I didn’t request. All of which was in writing declining it. Lastly I was asked to delete this review as they don’t want negative feedback. I think that is unfair to the public as everyone has the right to know the ups and downs of a business. More

I'd like to say that, over the years, I have absolutely no complaint about their service work - just the prices in place now. Example - in the last three estimates I've gotten, they have been higher anywhere from 19% (Last is a savings of $726 on Charlesglen's estimated cost of $3800) to 50% (wiper blades - estimated at $36 a blade installed here - $16 installed elsewhere. Including things as simple as Charlesglen car rental $50. Stampede Toyota car rental - $25. I'd encourage you to always get estimates! More
I had an incredibly negative experience with charlesglen Toyota and their service manager and brent carefoot. My interaction with him was unprofessional and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and is a Toyota and their service manager and brent carefoot. My interaction with him was unprofessional and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and is appointed with my experience at the dealership. From the start, Brent was dismissive of my concerns and shows me a complete lack of customer service skills. He seemed more interested in pushing additional services and upgrades than addressing the issues I had brought the vehicle in for. He also made several inaccurate statements and was unable to provide any meaningful solutions. The actual service I received was equally unsatisfactory. When I raised concerned with Brent, he became argumentative and shower no willingness to take responsibility for the issues or make any effort to rectify the situation. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at charlesglen Toyota and would not recommend them to anyone. Brent care doors complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service has left me with a lasting negative impression. More

Charlesglen Toyota recommended the Cabin Pollen filter replacement for $35 on my 4Runner, I agreed thinking I am getting the good quality Toyota filter. (Replacing 4Runner cabin filter is super-easy and q replacement for $35 on my 4Runner, I agreed thinking I am getting the good quality Toyota filter. (Replacing 4Runner cabin filter is super-easy and quick - 1 minute - basically only the cost of filter). At home I looked at what filter they put - it was probably the poorest quality, cheapest piece of garbage they could find on the market - thin and flimsy... I am getting it replaced with the good quality one I bought for $25 in Auto-Value - Customer rip-off! Also, yesterday I changed Engine oil myself for the first time after my 4Runner was serviced at Charlesglen Toyota a few times prior. Found out they did not install the oil drain plug gasket last time they changed oil. The drain plug was heavily over-torqued, so was the oil filter housing... very bad... Not sure I would trust Charlesglen Toyota mechanics after these little findings... Recommend doing easy things yourself (filter replacements), or finding a good mechanic you could trust. More

From start to finish, I never felt that I was being rushed, or had to make a decision right away.
