Express Service I was not a fan of using dealerships for regular service. Charlesglen has changed my thinking. I have used their express service twice and both times I was not a fan of using dealerships for regular service. Charlesglen has changed my thinking. I have used their express service twice and both times staff was friendly and efficient. The vehicle was done when they said it would be, the price was competitive with great value added. Dan Wilson is a Charlesglen Gem Prior to my service appointment this week, I have been unimpressed with Charlesglen Toyota's service staff. When picking up on several occasions I was the only person in line, yet invisible to the three people at their computers, heads down and too busy to greet me. On other occasions, the service was brusque and impersonal, reducing my desire to return. This week I had my Rav 4 in because of some mechanical issues, and was lucky enough to be contacted by Dan Wilson. He was friendly, professional, and listened to my concerns. He explained the glitches discovered in my vehicle and was clear and helpful in explaining the costs associated with repairing them. He treated me like a customer who mattered.When it looked like my car would have to stay overnight, Dan offered me a car, as my next day was jammed full and I needed a vehicle. As it turned out, my vehicle was ready to go the same day. It was a true pleasure working with Dan. He has made me willing to perhaps return to the dealership for oil changes and other services I was having done elsewhere. You have a real gem in Dan Wilson! More

Work order was generated by a very pleasing Service Writer Pamela Janzen Ishaq. With the best efforts of the Technician all of the possibilities and steps were taken other than replacing an expensive part. Very worth the gamble in my books since I am unemployed . Pamela advised me to keep an eye on Echo for the return of the problem. Good heads up, the problem returned the next day. I phoned Pamela and she went into action finding the parts required for the final repair to fix the problem. She also had an appointment made for me to return on a convenient day for myself. We all know that in a perfect World we would like things repaired first time around. In this case Pamela took into account that just an adjustment might fix the problem. I very much appreciated this action by the Technician and Pamela. You made your best efforts to try and save me some money. Much Appreciated. Even returning to put this problem to rest I am very happy we tried this action first. I will always put my faith in Charlesglen Service. A large Thank You to the Shuttle Service too. More
Quick, Thorough Customer Service Dan Wilson stepped up and did some problem solving. The cover on my driver's side visor mirror kept slipping. Without conventional use of a screwdrive Dan Wilson stepped up and did some problem solving. The cover on my driver's side visor mirror kept slipping. Without conventional use of a screwdriver or specialized key, Dan Wilson managed to dislodge the faulty cover. This allowed me to use the mirror without having to use my hand to hold it up.
