On July 5, the engine light came on in my Rav unexpectedly. I immediately drove to Charlesglen at 3:00 p.m. Kelcee Harris was my service representative and she was so kind and understanding. She even jumped in my car to see what I was talking about. When I told her that I was leaving on holidays on Sunday, she contacted Ken Tran in service and had him have a look at my car to ascertain the problem. Within 20 minutes, they determined that my issue was trivial and had me back on the road - all for no cost. I am incredibly impressed with their professionalism and understanding. Thank you! More

I was shocked by the treatment I received at Charlesglen Toyota dealership. I brought my Sienna in for service and was recommended to flush the transmission oil, which I agreed to. However, a week later, I Toyota dealership. I brought my Sienna in for service and was recommended to flush the transmission oil, which I agreed to. However, a week later, I noticed a strange sound coming from the engine. Upon returning to the dealership, I was told that the transmission was broken and given a quote of around 12k for repairs. When I raised my concerns with the manager, I received very delayed responses and was ultimately told that it wasn't their responsibility since I had driven the car out of the shop without any apparent issues. I am deeply disappointed by the dismissive attitude and lack of accountability displayed by this dealership. More

A couple of days ago, my car battery failed and wouldn't start after I got gas at my local station. They jumped the battery for me there and I then drove directly to Charlesglen Toyota to ask what to do. start after I got gas at my local station. It was late in the afternoon, but Mark at the Service desk said I should drive for a half hour at highway speed and come back before 6pm, and that he would be happy to quickly test the battery for me when I got back, and would give me further advice. To my relief, it all worked out well. Mark was very reassuring in his manner, and I appreciated his kindness. I always get great service at Charlesglen, and always like the attitude of both the sales and service staff. Thanks again! Arthur More
