However, it's important to note that after the service was performed as requested, plus we did not receive any communication from you for over 30 days regarding any concerns or issues with your vehicle. As a dealership, our priority is to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers. We performed the transmission oil flush as per your request, and it's unfortunate that this issue has arisen afterwards. Given the mileage on your van, of over 278,000 km's, mechanical issues can unfortunately become more frequent. While we stand by the quality of our service, we also understand the financial strain such unexpected repairs can cause. We would like to offer our assistance in sourcing a pre-owned transmission as a cost-effective solution, should you require it. I've found that the most effective way to reach the manager of Charlesglen Toyota dealership is through social media. Quick response! I tried reaching out via email (several times) but received no response. Two times to visit to get a reply. Regarding your response about high mileage, I'd like to provide some statistics. Only 0.05% of Toyota Siennas encounter transmission problems under 300,000 kms. I trust that as a manager, you understand the situation that following your recommendation to flush the transmission oil, the Sienna's transmission malfunctioned just a week later. Second, as you mentioned, "it's important to note that after the service was performed as requested". YES, the service was performed as requested BUT based on your recommendation. Thanks.
