I have a warranty repair issue and waited 18 months for any service. During this period I went through 2 different service managers (first one fired) to find the second no better. I was sent for a paint jo any service. During this period I went through 2 different service managers (first one fired) to find the second no better. I was sent for a paint job twice which wasn’t the issue, parts not ordered, calls never returned. When I finally left a message to speak to the dealerships owner I got a call from the Service manager later that day advising parts were ordered and would be installed in a week. I refused the service as I don’t trust her competency at all and advised that I would complete all my service with another dealership. So disappointing as I bought my vehicle there hoping to have local service instead on having to travel . More

Took my car in to have checked for noise, told it was rear sway bar links. Also told not covered under warranty and was charged $65 for diagnosis. Called Hyundai Canada who said it was covered under warr rear sway bar links. Also told not covered under warranty and was charged $65 for diagnosis. Called Hyundai Canada who said it was covered under warranty and that I would receive a phone call from Central Nova. This was back in September 2022, this is now November 23/22 and have yet to receive a phone call back about the unnecessary charge! Terrible Customer Service by management! More

This is my third Hyundai (2 Santa Fe's and now Palisade) and I have been impressed by the quality of each vehicle. Sales staff walked me through the features of the vehicle, helped set up all the electronic and I have been impressed by the quality of each vehicle. Sales staff walked me through the features of the vehicle, helped set up all the electronics and pairing of phones, and followed up a few days later to see if I had any issues. Service Dept has always been good to deal with, and explains all the work that has been done on my SUV. Would recommend both Central Nova and Hyundai for those looking for a top rated vehicle. More
