Very disappointed with Character of Service Manager From the first time I brought the car in for an oil change I have not had a good experience. The service manager said I didn't have an appointment. From the first time I brought the car in for an oil change I have not had a good experience. The service manager said I didn't have an appointment. I had to prove that I called . Good thing for cell phones. He said sorry.... Each time since there has been a skit of some sort. And I have been reminded each time that I did not purchase the car "here."! Last straw....brought the car in for oil change and to show that a bubble of rust had formed at the back just under the back window. Just under the glass window ledge. By the time the car left the shop the bubble had been popped and a dab of paint added with the words it was a stone chip... Spoke to the manager he said take it up with where you bought it (Thornhill) More
