I ordered my four tires and Rims.. within 3 hours the work was done.. I got a call saying that I didn't need to change all four rims.. and Al gave me additional information on things I should look into changing in near future... Never Ever have I brought my car into a garage and had to pay less.. or wasn't peer pressured into buying additional things or getting additional work done. Every time I go to change my oil, I am told about damages to my car and that I should look into fixing. I was told that the Technician (Chris) said it everything was fine. Its My 7th time bringing my car to a garage. But its the First time I bring my car to Mazda Carling and from this day I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else. You want honesty, Good costumer service and not be over charged. Carling Mazda is your go to garage!! More

Terrible service at the service desk Went in to get my winter tires put on and arrived a bit too early. Service didn't open until 7:15am. It was 7:12am. So, I waited outside in the damp cold, waiting for the clock to strike quarter past seven. Al Greer saw that I was standing outside. He knew it was cold. Think he could have got off his behind to let me in from the cold? Nope. Rules are rules. There are customers in the service lounge mind you. Not sure how they got in. But customers were certainly present. Ok, I get it. What's the big deal, right? So, 7:15am rolls around and does he budge? Nope. He continues drinking his coffee, eyeing his clock - until I slammed on the door so loud with my fists that I thought he was going to spill his coffee onto his lap. What's the point of sharing this? It goes to service, it goes to caring, it goes to that personal touch. On my invoice it reads 'Your EXPERIENCE should EXCEED your EXPECTATIONS. All meaningless words if employees don't live your brand. Wake up Carling Mazda. More

meilleur prix que tout autre dealer mazda Bonjour j'ai fait l'acquisition ce vendred I de mon nouveaux véhicules (qui devait être livrer vendredi dernier par contre à mon arrivée l'auto était Bonjour j'ai fait l'acquisition ce vendred I de mon nouveaux véhicules (qui devait être livrer vendredi dernier par contre à mon arrivée l'auto était graffigne sur l'aile gauche .je n'ai pas accepter la voiture mais j'ai reçu une bonne écoute de yannick april qui ses engager à faire buffer le véhicule .j'aurais aimée avoir un dédommagement pour l'inconvénient et la perte de ma journée occasionner cependant je n'ai eu aucune réponse positive de Alex choquette le sale manager à suivre sa seul réponse étant voir avec rob Gibson ou yannick april . finalement à mon deuxième tentative de livraison l'auto était encore graffigner yannick la conduit à la station de Buffage et le responsable et l'employé ont confirmé que c'était une graffigne ds la peinture !!!ils l'ont buffer au mieux mais ses toujours apparent j'en suis très déçu puisque l'auto avec le financement n'est pas gratuit ...l'accueil courtois de mr Jean levés que ma inciter à acheter la voiture sans compter le travail de Robert Gibson fni qui a réussi à m'obtenir le meilleur taux de financement comme ont dit il a fait le km de plus ainsi que yannick april .
