As new truck I try to service at dealer where bought it, Sometimes try to add something to my truck, buy access I use Dodge Ram 1500 2012 5.7 hemi . As new truck I try to service at dealer where bought it, Sometimes try to add something to my truck, buy accessories, winter tires etc. I find out that price wise, not acceptable /very expensive/. I try to find others to help me out ,then I find Emma Watson in parts dep.She was soooo helpful ,She make few phone calls , contact me by e mail sent me sample of product with prices and we finalize transaction .I never experience so helpful person in truck business as Emma, I continue contact with Emma Watson to present day , anything I need ?first call is to her. Congratulation to Capital GMC to have such friendly , knowledgeable employee.
