Salesman out of the Ordinary!!! Will go back!! I had recently moved to Edmonton and was looking for a great deal during dealer invoice pricing on a SUV. I first had visited the competitor across the street but I couldn't find a salesman to help me out. I walked over in the rain to Capital GMC and was greeted at the door by Mr.Mustafa Oeida and offered me coffee and donuts. He showed me many different options and was very knowledgeable about the various options. He presented to me amazing deals on both Yukon and Yukon XL. I was really interested with the XL, but I needed time to make that final decision and Mr. Oweida showed no sign of pressure. I really wanted to test drive the model I had selected but it was not available. After a quick chat with him during closing, we found out that we were neighbours. This is when he stood out. He offered me a ride home and to drive his Yukon XL and to test it out. Truly Mr. Mustafa Oweida is an amazing Sales Rep he actually cares for his customers and wants you to be happy and makes sure that the prices he says is the final complete price with no surprise charges. Will definitely go back for my next car. More

Wonderful explanation I'm not a car person. In fact, I'd rather go to the dentist than go to a dealership. Kelvin was very patient and explained everything to me and the I'm not a car person. He did not even make fun of the mess in my car, unlike the other person who serviced it before. I will probably be back for preventative maintenance rather than always waiting to get my vehicle towed in, due only to Kelvin's kind assistance. More

Great Experience !! My wife and I are completely satisfied with our buying experience with Mr. Oweida. He did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with My wife and I are completely satisfied with our buying experience with Mr. Oweida. He did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with the truck we bought but that it was exactly what we wanted. Never at any point did we feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite. He was very patient with us, especially on Friday night as you were closing up for the night. Since it was after closing on Friday and finance had gone home for the day, he worked with our schedule to be there first thing in the morning so we could complete the sale. My wife and I will recommend Mustafa to anyone we know wanting to buy a car and we will definitely buy from him again when looking to make another purchase. More
