I was very pleased with the customer service and low pressure sales at Capital GMC. The sales rep I purchased through was named Maulik and the finance rep was Marc. I also met a few other great people and I did not feel pressured at all. I was impressed with Maulik's knowledge of the features on my new vehicle. I purchased a used Hyundai that I saw online and since it was being sold at a GMC dealer, I did not expect the salesman to be so knowledgeable about the options on it. Try to avoid service This was the most frustrating experience ever !!! (after being a customer for 4 years) Droped my truck on a Thursday(night) for a fuel pump issue, s This was the most frustrating experience ever !!! (after being a customer for 4 years) Droped my truck on a Thursday(night) for a fuel pump issue, staff said to get it in on Friday. Nothing got done Friday or Saturday. Monday they needed the whole day to find the problem and to fix it. Got to pay $ 800 to replace a cable. The sad part about this is, that I have had the same issue in Feb and they replaced a fuse for $ 460 and the truck was there for a week. After questioning why it took so long for repair the answer was because I did not have an appointment. So I ended up with paying close to $500 for a cap to get to work. I asked to get some compensation but I just got a bad attitude. I am done with Capital GM. Traded my truck for a DODGE More
