He listened to all my concerns, found the right vehicle that I recently dealt with Adam on trading in my 2010 GMC Sierra and upgrading to a used 2017. He listened to all my concerns, found the right vehicle that met my all criteria. The used selection was very comprehensive with lots of vehicles to choose from at some very competitive pricing. He even let me take the vehicle home so I could show my wife and make sure the car seat would fit in the vehicle no problem. Hands down the best experience I have had. Stellar!! I had been looking at the 2018 Sierra line for quite sometime and every dealership was he same story, high pressure, low trade value and inconsistent I had been looking at the 2018 Sierra line for quite sometime and every dealership was he same story, high pressure, low trade value and inconsistent pricing; then I met Renato and the Capital team. From the start of the experience I knew that this was going to be a different experience. We were able to wander around the lot and look at different vehicles without any sales people following us like a flock of vultures or having them try to push us toward one vehicle or another. We spent approx. 15 minutes wandering around the lot and decided to go inside and it was at that time that Renato met us at the door. From the moment he introduced himself we both felt at ease as there was no pressure at all. Long story short we ended up purchasing a new 2018 Sierra 1500 from Renato and I will definitely be coming back for our future vehicle needs and dealing with Renato!!! Salamat sa lahat Renato!! More
