Capital was are first stop in our search in looking for a used truck which would be an upgrade to our current truck. We needed more pulling power for our trailer. Shubam met us at the door and asked if we used truck which would be an upgrade to our current truck. We needed more pulling power for our trailer. Shubam met us at the door and asked if we needed help and we explained what we needed. During the conversation we learned that he was a new salesman. He was very thorough in asking questions — what we would do without, what was optional, desired price after trade-in. Because he was new, his sales manager joined to help with the search. In the end we found an excellent replacement truck. We did not feel under any pressure to make a decision right away and feel that we got a greet truck for new adventures. I’m really looking forward to the camping season. Thanks you, Shubam for your help. More
