I got my vehicle fixed today after three visits first of all no coordination it took my three visits and first time i been there walk in because my check engine light on they said you have to book an appoin all no coordination it took my three visits and first time i been there walk in because my check engine light on they said you have to book an appointment i booked my appointment and been there on my appointment they said sorry we cant take you in because technician is on other job which i can understand but they should tell the customer a day before but nobody called and then service manger came in said to me book again and they will give me a complimentary winter cover for front bumper grill which suppose to come with new vehicle nobody told us at that when we bought this brand new vehicle and today i left my vehicle there and service advisor named Loni told me it might not covered under warranty then you have to pay diagnose charges i said OK i got a call after 3 hours she said they found the issue but that is not under warranty and total cost will be around $348.00 and she said they are trying to cover under warranty but in ten minutes i got another call she said not possible but we will give you discount for shop supplies for $30 and now your cost comes up to $318.00 i said OK at 3 o'clock i called asked how much more time to get my vehicle back she said you will get before 5.30 i said OK. after another 15 20 minutes i got call your vehicle will be ready in 20 minutes and your bill is $500 something i asked why there is difference she said you authorise us and i told you she just give me a phone with a box opened for signatures to sign which i did and got a ride by a uber which they arranged for me and loni was not their other girl is there she said i explained her and ready to pay but she told me pls wait i will call my manager then the same manager came who gave my complimentary grill cover and showed my signature we told you so you have to pay which i paid and i told him this not right and i wont come again we do not need you we are already have enough customers and busy. someone will not expect this answer from a manger from a dealership earlier i do not have to write this but his answer forced me do this i never recommend to anyone to buy and get service done from them More
