We purchased a 2021 Terrain from capital. We normally deal with Justin Hoffart but he is store manager so he passed us down to Kevin Vayachack.The demonstration of the vehicle was good.Butthe We normally deal with Justin Hoffart but he is store manager so he passed us down to Kevin Vayachack.The demonstration of the vehicle was good.Butthe next day I took my wife to work and got home.I went to open the back up to get my walker out and it wouldn’t open.So I had no choice but to go to our place with no walker.Around 9:00AM I phoned Kevin about it and he brushed me off with no concern at all.I thought he got his money know wants nothing to do with us.I contacted Justin Hoffart he told me to bring it down.I did he tried and it would not open.Justin never stopped there as usual he went above to look after us that’s why we liked dealing with him.We will never deal with Kevin again.Capitial as always did everything 💯 % for us .But we were very dissatisfied with Kevin after the purchase.
