Capital GMC Buick Cadillac

After purchasing my second vehicle from Capital I thought that their service dept would be "looking out for a good customer." However, I found out that is not the case. I used Capital GM Quick Oil change s that their service dept would be "looking out for a good customer." However, I found out that is not the case. I used Capital GM Quick Oil change service for the last three years. Recently, I went to a stand alone oil change business and found their service far exceeds Capital GM's. (even though I spent alot of money at Capital and not the other place). The customer service level directed towards me at Capital has been severely lacking any sincerety and has made me seriously consider going someplace else, but also to tell everyone I know that the service at Capital is bad and their service employees (including the manager on duty) didn't really care about receiving customer feedback. Too bad Sherry Linton (a great sales person) works at Capital. I was hoping to go back to her to purchase my next vehicle, but I hesitate about buying another vehicle from a business who does not appreciate me as a customer. More

I have done 3 different deals with Sherry over the last few years. She has always been willing to help with any need or concern. Just as a side, I have found even after the sales experience, Sherry is more than willing to offer her assistance when just there for a service visit for the vehicle. On numerous occasions she has gone way above and beyond in comparison to other sales consultants I have dealt with over the years at other dealerships! Overall I highly recommend anybody to place their trust in Sherry when looking for a vehicle! More

I walked into the doors and was blown away by the amazing customer service that eminated from everyone in the store. as soon as i was set up with my used vehicle, there was nothing more i could do or say tha customer service that eminated from everyone in the store. as soon as i was set up with my used vehicle, there was nothing more i could do or say than to simply tell them "thank you so much". This was a while ago, and i would definitely come to them as soon as i need another vehicle or any repairs/maintainence on my own right now. In today's world of salesmanship, there are many who simply want to sell and not acknowledge that we are individuals and have wants or needs. Capital breaks this mold and shapes what i believe customer service really should be. 5 is the highest i could score, but i would happily give more if i could. Thank you so much Capital GMC. More

When purchasing my Buick Lacrosse I approached Sherry as I wanted an all wheel drive car. She informed me that they had none as of yet but were getting some 2010's in shortly and she would call.
