After purchasing my second vehicle from Capital I thought that their service dept would be "looking out for a good customer." However, I found out that is not the case. I used Capital GM Quick Oil change s that their service dept would be "looking out for a good customer." However, I found out that is not the case. I used Capital GM Quick Oil change service for the last three years. Recently, I went to a stand alone oil change business and found their service far exceeds Capital GM's. (even though I spent alot of money at Capital and not the other place). The customer service level directed towards me at Capital has been severely lacking any sincerety and has made me seriously consider going someplace else, but also to tell everyone I know that the service at Capital is bad and their service employees (including the manager on duty) didn't really care about receiving customer feedback. Too bad Sherry Linton (a great sales person) works at Capital. I was hoping to go back to her to purchase my next vehicle, but I hesitate about buying another vehicle from a business who does not appreciate me as a customer. More
