Received call from Haris Khan about special sale going on for Capital customers. I advised Haris I was happy with my 2009 Cobalt but would come to see what the sale was all about. Haris asked what kind of for Capital customers. I advised Haris I was happy with my 2009 Cobalt but would come to see what the sale was all about. Haris asked what kind of car I would be interested in. I mentioned liking the Cruze. He got a list of all the Cruze vehicles they had for sale. I said I wanted grey, black or white. Saw one in the show room - perfect colour, never expected I would qualify for this vehicle. I advised Haris what my payments were and how much more I was willing to pay bi-weekly. Never felt pressured to purchase a newer vehicle. Haris, Sherry Linton and Jona McLeod made me feel special and went above and beyond to qualify me for this newer vehicle. This was a Friday night and I drove out of the show room on Saturday morning with my new vehicle. I dealt with Capital when I purchased my 2009 Cobalt and my 2011 Cruze. The most pleasant thing I found about dealing with Chad and the staff at Capital was the excellent customer service without the pressure I experienced at other car dealerships.
