My Son and I went to this dealership looking for a sports car for him. Brittany was working in the front and when there was no sales person to help us she did. Having a poor experience at a GM dealership in north central sk. I had phoned every gm dealership in Saskatoon and Regina. Having many different prices from each one. I had phoned Capital, which was the last one on my list.Not only did they have the exact truck that I priced out at the other dealerships,Brett Meaden informed me that they will beat it. He returned my call within an hour and had a much better price, not only that, the dealership has a promotion on now that I received two thousand dollars for the pile of junk I was driving! First Dayton, then Sherry and Mike were all great people to deal with. Dayton went out of his way for a week of phone calls and texting back and forth to each other about several trucks. Sharon and Dennis were very eazy to deal with on purchasing my last 2 trucks. They answered any and all of my questions that I had in regards to the sale, financing and the trucks. I did not feel pressured and I believe both sides of the sale got what they wanted. My employees and myself enjoy these trucks and rely on them everyday. I call Sharon or stop by and tell her what I want and she sets everything up for me so that I can get in and out of the dealership which is very important for me because we are very busy. That is why I am going to purchase my third truck this year from Sharon again. More
Don Morrell, the Sales guy we worked with was great. We had contact with him over a period of about a month or more. He would call periodically and see if we had found what we were looking for. Our only glich was the extra fees we were charged even though we were paying cash. We were not aware of them, and were somewhat taken off guard. I should have walked out of the finance guys office at that point, but we were tired of shopping. I will never pay them again. More

I purchased my 2010 Terrain from Capital and have always taken it back to them for service. I recently needed warranty work done and Colin offered to take my vehicle in for me and brought it home after wor taken it back to them for service. I recently needed warranty work done and Colin offered to take my vehicle in for me and brought it home after work, if that is not going the extra mile I am not sure what is. I received great service from the service department as well as they kept us informed of the status as the day went on. I am back on the road in an awesome vehicle and always recommend Capital and Colin when family, friends or co-workers are looking for new or used vehicles. More
I really enjoyed dealing with Capital. It was by far the least pressure sales of any dealership we visited. Gregg listened to what I wanted and found the best vehicle for me on my first visit. He didn't try to pressure me when I said I wanted to go to other dealerships as I didn't want to buy the first car I drove. I went to multiple other dealerships, told them the vehicle specs and price and asked if they could beat it. Nobody could. The finance guy, Matt, was great to deal with too. No pressure on the extended warranty, but did show me the options when I asked. I even had to bring my young nephews along and both Gregg and Matt were very nice to them. Gregg even made sure to fix the tiny little things that bugged me about the car (that really are part of buying a used vehicle) before I took it home. Great service, great customer care, great price, great vehicle. More
