Got new sierra 1500 figured out with Anthony. Color not perfect (midnight blue). He suggested newer color (heritage blue) and we found near identical truck. I thought was better color. So we finished deal by end of day and i drove new truck home with big smile! I had to go to my work to get my cheque book (dealers seem to always want money! - but hey, they were willing to wait until next day for downpayment in addition to my trade which they already had - don't often find trust like that nowadays!) and as i back out my driveway i noticed no lines in rear window. WHAT! My heart sank with the prospect of facing Saskatchewan winters with no rear defog/defroster! Guess i got the opportunity to see how Capital would do. I hit the dealership right at opening the next morning. Anthony was not in until noon, and all others who helped the prior day were also on later shift. Those who stepped in listened to my story and bit by bit all problems were addressed and shortly after 12 noon i was on my way with the original midnight blue truck WITH rear defrost! In the end i like the midlight color better and am extremely happy and pleased with the service from EVERYONE at Capital. Anthony tried to get me a better color fit, and neither of us noticed the loss of rear defrost. It is in situations like this that the true grit of a dealership is put to the test. Capital passed with flying colors! More
