When I walked into the dealership I didn't know what to expect, not having known anyone that had bought from Capital GMC, but the feeling was quite comfortable. I found everyone to be professional, and to expect, not having known anyone that had bought from Capital GMC, but the feeling was quite comfortable. Colin was able to answer my questions about financing, and the "cash for clunkers" promotion that was going on, and was able to find a vehicle that fit my needs. I didn't feel like I was being harassed to buy a vehicle that was not for me, I knew what I wanted, for the most part, when I went into the dealership. I liked the feeling of trust when I was allowed to test drive the vehicle alone, without a sales rep having to tag along, like so many other dealerships will do. Colin was down to earth, seemed to be a good fit for people in the 25 to 35 yr age bracket who are just purchasing their first vehicle. I never once felt uncomfortable asking him a question about the purchase. Once the sale was complete Colin was the last person we dealt with, he was there to answer any last questions I had, and left me his business card so that I could contact him for any future questions. It was a great sales transaction and I would return to buy my next vehicle there for sure. More
