I recently purchased a brand new 2013 GMC Sierra SLE from Capital GMC, this is the only vehicle I have purchased brand new. As soon as I walked in the door I headed straight for Michael Park's office as I wa Capital GMC, this is the only vehicle I have purchased brand new. As soon as I walked in the door I headed straight for Michael Park's office as I was told he was the magician to speak with and he would do his best to get me into the vehicle I was after. Sure he enough Mike worked his magic and gave me my options, went through pages upon pages of stock numbers based on the specifications I wanted in the truck. When we found some vehicles that worked perfect, I was introduced to Terry McCrystal. We went out, found a truck, Terry handed me the keys and said, "See you in a bit". Terry was highly patient with me in finding the perfect vehicle, I could tell he wasn't going to be satisfied until I drove off the lot with the exact vehicle I wanted. If you are in the market for a new vehicle or even a used one, Terry McCrystal is the only dealer I would suggest speaking with. He will take the time to find you whatever you are looking for. After I found the truck I wanted we took a walk over to my favourite department, the accessories (Capital Customs). I met with Keith Giroux and he was more than accommodating in helping me pick out all the accessories I was after. My experience at Capital GM was excellent. I had been considering getting a new vehicle for a while but didn't know if I was ready, or really know what vehicle I was looking to get. I had been looking at one type in particular, but ended up backing out and waiting a bit. Don was very understanding, and told me he wanted to sell me a vehicle but did not want to pressure me, and it didn't have to be right away. When I was ready to buy, I went back to Don who had followed up with me after letting me know the car I wanted was still there. He helped me through the whole process, and even talked with my parents about the vehicle as they couldn't be there with me when I purchased the car. Unlike many car salesmen, Don was not pressuring at all and I believe he got me the best price he could on the car I got. In regards to the dealership, everyone there was very friendly and helpful. When Don wasn't around to help me or was tied up, someone else was there until Don got back.
