Practically Painless In the last 8 years, our family has bought 7 cars from Capital. I do all of my service through them as well. We dealt with them in the past because of the great service and the friendly staff. This last experience was no different.... Cornell was gregarious and friendly, and gave us good trade in value for our old vehicle. I didn't feel ripped off and defensive during this part of the negotiations, which has definitely happened at other places. Vijay was also extremely personable, and I appreciated the fact that he paid close attention to what my husband and I wanted and what we didn't want and helped us find just the right vehicle. Finally, the most difficult part--the financing. This is the part that almost everyone hates, and Jona's quick and easy handling of our needs managed to make that part of it very nearly relaxing! Thanks to Cornell, Vijay, and to Jona for their courtesy and professionalism at every part of the process.
