Seemed to be a waste of my time when he came in and tried to persuade me to change my mind about what financing I should choose, and then when he left to speak to the manager about my offer of slightly less than the ticket price, it seemed to me he was gone only a moment and came back with a no answer. I got the impression that he may have not spoke to the manager at all? Otherwise it was an awesome experience. More

My Sales Professional was Tom and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would defiantly recommend him. As for Shaun he was able to give me the best price for the vehicle, and we were able to settle on which spelling of shawn/shaun/sean was the worst :). Jessica in Finance was able to beat the price that my local bank quoted me for a car loan. Everyone I dealt with were very professional. The one and only thing I had any issues with was that the detailing could have been a bit better (it was still done well, but I would have preferred it to be a bit better), however it will give me something to do on the weekend. Overall I would recommend Capital GMC to anyone looking for a car, and more specifically the ones that helped me were awesome! More
