Quetionable service I was changing my tires from the winter tires to summer tires. The factory socket for the wheel lugs broke, so I was not able to remove the nuts. I attended the parts department at Capital only to be told that the broken socket was for that vehicle only and could not be replaced. They could now only be removed by being cut off. This was going to be a very expensive, approx. $1500 was the quote as each wheel would have to be removed in this manner. I found that very difficult to believe so I contacted Graham tire, thinking they likely had experienced this issue before. They advised that they had replacement sockets for around $15. I went there explained to them what had happened and they said very strange because they have supplied Capital with these sockets before and on a regular basis. I replaced the socket and saved myself $1500... More

Not completely happy. I was hoping that my new vehicle will be spotless clean in and out when I picked it up but it wasn't. There's some dust inside the vehicle and my gas I was hoping that my new vehicle will be spotless clean in and out when I picked it up but it wasn't. There's some dust inside the vehicle and my gas was only 1/4 filled. I guess I expect too much. The last time I bought a vehicle from there, it was 100% filled with gas and very clean in and out. My husband and I bought at least 6 new vehicles from there. It's too bad I was not completely satisfied when I picked up my new vehicle. More
