Purchased Vehicle - painless I truely did not look forward to car shopping, usually feel like I didn't get what I really wanted. I started by sending email to a few emails out o I truely did not look forward to car shopping, usually feel like I didn't get what I really wanted. I started by sending email to a few emails out on the vehicles I was interested in and what I was looking for in options colour .. When Shreyas responded with 2 Ford Edges with all that I asked for and in my price range ...I have to say still was hesitant on going in to see him, however when I did go and spent sometime with Shreyas and Alex who was also very nice easy to talk to and knowledgable it made my decision easy and I felt good. There were a few issues like the seats were not what I was told ( however are very nice), the vehicle was not a push start (that was a little disappointing) however I did not consider that a deal breaker I was totally happy with everything else , the cargo cover was missing the owner certificate was misplaced, the SD card for the Navigation was missing and there is no manufactors code for the keyless entry. However Cathy (finance) had the owners certificate delivered to me. Shreyas personally delivered th SD card and showed me how to work it. As for the cargo cover and the keyless enters code, Shreyas has advised I can bring the car in when I have time to have the cargo cover installed and I am to let them know to order the code for the keyless entry. So have been very pleased with my experience on my first Ford purchase. Thanks to Shreyas, Alex and Cathy More
