We decided to visit the dealership and were impressed by the Capital team from the moment we arrived. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and seemed very sincere. Mark Elliott showed us the car and was thoroughly familiar with its features. After deciding to buy it, we negotiated the price with Mark and Dalbir. They were both relaxed and easy to deal with. When we came to pick up the car, it had been freshly detailed and fueled. We even got a follow up call 3 days later to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Still No Gift Card Visited Capital Ford's website and signed up for the promotional Amazon gift card. Booked appointment, went for test drive. Wanted to test drive 2015 Ford Edge V6, had none available to test drive. Test drove the Edge v4 instead. After test drive, was promised that gift card would arrive in 10 days. That was over a month ago! Emailed and phone both Capital employees. Was told they didn't know why. As a potential customer, I do not like broken promises and answers that are "I don't know", especially from a dealership. Have shared this experience with family and friends. EDITED: After posting this review on dealerrater.ca, Mr Michael Park contacted me and promptly provided me with assistance without any run around like the previous Capital employees. More

I was shopping around for a while and never had a dealer experience that felt right for me, and I had a hard time trusting them regardless of their size. To me, shopping for a car I was not only looking for a car itself, or all the fancy add-ones a dealership is capable to provide to earn my business. I was looking for a professional that I would have a life long relationship with. I don't want to just buy one car from them, I want to buy every car I will ever own form them. Mark's professional integrity, sincere care and absolutely thoughtfulness for his client speaks through every part of his actions. I had felt guilty before every time I visit a dealership and didn't find what I needed. I wasn't able to have a great experience because how I was treated and dealt with. (Everybody has their preference) After 2 month of car hunting, all I can say is, my entire purchase decision with Mark took 2 hours, and I drove Harvey home within the next 48 hours. I was incredibly happy and excited the entire time, didn't hesitate, my gut didn't tell me otherwise and I just fully trusted him. Life is full of surprises when you earn a dealer relationship that you will discuss great restaurants after the purchase, scheduling to have pot lucks with home made spring rolls and dumplings, and I already referred him to my friend. I met a very friendly sales lady names Cortney and she was ready to help me immediately. We went over all the features and took it for a test drive. I originally had just gone in to test drive, but by the time we were finished I was ready to buy! Her manager Rob was so easy going and made the buying decision that much easier for me. He gave me what I was expecting on my trade and was extremely easy going during price discussions. I took the truck home that day! I showed my sons and they both loved it.
